Our Service is designed to help users discover dining options based on recommendations from food influencers and other publicly available information.

duFoodie uses third-party services such as Apify to legally source publicly available data in accordance with their terms of service. We pay for these services and comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and limitations. Any indemnities or legal rights that apply to these third-party services extend to our use of the data obtained through them.

We explicitly state that our use of this data is not for commercial purposes beyond providing our service. The duFoodie platform is designed to provide a benefit to all parties involved—users, restaurants, and influencers—without exception, without warranty, without malicious intent, and without discrimination. Our goal is to create a positive ecosystem for Dubai's food community by making publicly available information more accessible and useful.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that duFoodie is an independent platform not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant, influencer, or social media platform whose information may appear on our Service.

Information Sources

The information displayed on duFoodie is sourced from:

• Publicly available social media content
• Public restaurant listings and information
• Information voluntarily provided by restaurants or influencers
• User-generated content submitted to our platform

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on our Service, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Users should verify critical information (such as restaurant hours, locations, or menu items) directly with the establishments.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of duFoodie or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Service is the exclusive property of duFoodie and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duFoodie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
